While our raw products are processed and re-packed at our Los Angeles facility, our full-scale OEM and turnkey manufacturing leverage our specialized global infrastructure in China. This dual-facility model allows us to provide US-based project management alongside large-scale production capabilities.
Due to the sensitive nature of our raw bee materials and strict quality control requirements, returns are generally not accepted once a shipment has been delivered. Because our products are food-grade and many (such as Fresh Royal Jelly) require continuous cold-chain management, we cannot restock items once they have left our FDA-registered facilities.
To ensure satisfaction, we strongly encourage clients to request a sample for testing and R&D before placing bulk orders. Returns are only reviewed in the event of a documented quality discrepancy or shipping error. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can begin a formal quality review.
